Our CEO, Dr. Miya Nelson, is a seasoned Industrial-Organizational Psychology professional, college instructor, and trading psychology coach who is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential to turn their visions into realities. Her work has centered around counseling and academic advising, program development, strategic planning, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives for over 20 years.
Through VisionWriters, she transforms ideas into structured, purposeful realities for kingdom-minded leaders and organizations. With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, coupled with degrees in Psychology (B.A.) and School Counseling (M.S.), she brings academic expertise, practical wisdom, and a faith-based perspective to her work. Her unique blend of psychological insight, organizational expertise, and kingdom-focused approaches make her a trusted partner in transformational growth.
